2. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Guarantee

Unless explicitly requested otherwise (such as EXW or FOB terms), all our bulk ocean and air shipments to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union are handled on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means:

You will never be surprised by sudden customs clearance fees or import tariff bills.
Our licensed customs brokers manage all entry documentation, ISF filings, and port clearance.
Your shipment is booked with an authorized Amazon Carrier Central appointment and delivered directly to the designated Amazon fulfillment center without your intervention.

4. Direct-to-Customer Dropshipping Protocol

For brands selling directly through Shopify, WooCommerce, or Merchant Fulfilled Network (FBM), we maintain dedicated cloud fulfillment lines:

Orders dispatched within 24-48 hours of manufacturing completion.
Individual parcels packaged with protective void fill and custom branding tape if requested.
Universal end-to-end tracking numbers provided via automated CSV or API integration, compatible with USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, and Deutsche Post.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your production order departs our facility, a master Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB) number with live container / airway tracking is sent to your registered account email. Real-time updates notify you when customs clears and when Amazon FBA accepts final pallet delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Freight Protection

All shipments handled under ShopWorldwideX logistics contracts include standard maritime/air cargo loss protection. In the unlikely event that cartons arrive damaged, our team will coordinate with the carrier and immediately expedite replacement units from our manufacturing floor to ensure your inventory levels stay healthy.
